Felix spent 15 years running construction and infrastructure projects across the UAE and India, delivering over ₹4,000 crore in work for firms like BESIX and Shapoorji Pallonji. He also taught project management to the next generation of engineers, as a visiting professor in Dubai. Along the way, he kept seeing the same pattern. Projects rarely fail because of bad engineering. They fail because decisions, data, and accountability were never built to scale.

Deepu saw the same pattern from a different angle. Over 13 years in solar and engineering services, he watched clean-energy businesses, companies meant to be building the future, get stuck running on manual processes, scattered spreadsheets, and endless WhatsApp follow-ups. Good technology, held back by broken processes. His conclusion was simple: sustainable businesses need sustainable systems, not just sustainable products.

In January 2025, Felix and Deepu co-founded Zep360 to fix what they'd both lived through. Not another point solution. Not another dashboard nobody trusts. A single connected system that runs sales, projects, finance, field work, and service under one roof, built for the way construction, solar, and field service businesses actually operate on the ground.
The name reflects the goal: cover the full 360 degrees of a project-based business, from the first lead to the last service ticket.
